Storco’s products pictured in the Storco Website are for illustrative purposes only and are developed specifically for each customer’s requirements and specific location. Storco cannot guarantee that the product in the images on the Storco Website will suit a particular purpose or location.

Specific terms and conditions of sale apply to all Storco products, services and guarantees, as stipulated on any quotes and agreements provided. The Storco Website includes registered trademarks including ‘Innotec Building Systems’, ‘Storco’, ‘Lock&Stay’ and ‘Global Entry’ and unregistered trade marks which are pending registration. 6. Usage of Artificial Intelligence

To assist in providing our products and services and operating our business generally, we may from time to time use various artificial intelligence (AI) tools. This includes AI-powered support chatbots and customer relationship manager (CRM) tools and other productivity, automation and business support tools across our business.

For any AI chatbot tool on our website, Storco does not warrant the availability, functionality, or performance of the tool, or its suitability for any particular purpose or circumstance. The tool generates information based on your inputs, which Storco does not control, and Storco is therefore not responsible for any information, responses, suggestions or content generated (AI-Generated Content) by the tool.

Given the AI Generated Content is automatically generated from your interactions and other internal and external large language models (LLMs) without being reviewed, verified or assessed by Storco, it may contain unintended errors, hallucinations or bias. By accessing and/or using such tools, you assume acknowledge that AI-Generated Content are provided for general information only. It maybe inaccurate, untruthful, outdated, or incomplete, and does not constitute or substitute advice from Storco.

Generally, AI tools that we use will not collect your personal information, unless outlined to you at the time of collection when you use the tool, or as otherwise described our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storco excludes all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating in any way to the Storco Website content, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos, and icons regarding or relating to Storco, its products and services (or to third party products and services) and AI-Generated Content. The Storco Website content (including, but not limited to blog content) is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis for informational purposes, without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, and accuracy. Notwithstanding the above, under no circumstances will Storco be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses were foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Storco Website regardless of the form of action.
