Storco provided the interior self storage fit out and mezzanine floor for Electrodry Storage Solutions. The varied unit mix offers some 450 storage spaces, all manufactured in a high-impact Gloss White and Poppy Red colours to match the client’s branding. Storco’s V5000 corridor panelling and Safeguard partition walls work together in this facility to ensure a professional finish, maximum lettable area, and an uncompromising approach to strength and security. The storage fit out also features twin rows of timber buffer rail and rounded aluminium corners for corridior protection and Fullbright Lighting Track to help diffuse the ambient light into the corridors and storage units.

Storco’s mezzanine system also worked seamlessly with the exterior base build to offer maximum lettable area while keeping construction time low.
