  • Suits commercial padlocks

A 10.5mm padlock hole takes a wide range of commercial padlocks.

  • Overlocking built in

Room on the latch for a second padlock alongside the tenant’s lock secures a unit in the event of non-payment.

FAQs

  • What’s the difference between overlocking and a barrel lock?

Both secure a unit in the event of tenant non-payment. Overlocking adds a second padlock alongside the tenant’s lock.

A barrel lock sits in a recess inside the lock mechanism and stops the latch from operating.

  • Does the swing door latch fit roller doors?

No. Storco latches differ slightly for roller and swing doors, though both designs support barrel locks and overlocking. For roller doors, use the Stainless Sentry roller door latch.

  • Is the latch supplied with Storco swing doors?

Yes. Every Storco swing door comes with a Stainless Sentry latch as standard.
