Prepare approvals package
Storco can work with you to determine the complete specifications of your project, from floor plans to door colours. We’ll also work with engineering consultants to prepare the entire approvals package needed by planning authorities.
Appoint base builder
We will work with you to appoint a base builder and other subcontractors for hoists, security, and other trades to develop a comprehensive project delivery timeline.
Commence construction
Our manufacturing team produces storage fit out materials according to the project delivery timeline to ensure on-site works are completed as efficiently as possible.
Handover
After construction is completed, we’ll walk you through the completed facility and give you the opportunity to sign off on the build before you’re ready to open your doors and start letting out your units.
