01 Site identification

02 Preliminary layouts

Once you have identified a location, we can develop early-stage facility layout designs. These are crucial in developing comprehensive feasibility studies, as they will show indicative values for lettable area and construction costs.
03 Feasibility studies

Feasibility consultants use preliminary layouts and combine them with other factors such as demographics, geography, and competition to provide an analysis of your project’s potential returns for financial and development approvals.
04 Determine finance options

Finance is the final preliminary step in your planning process. It will determine the scope of your project, the construction program, and – importantly – how soon you can open your doors.
05 Prepare approvals package

Storco can work with you to determine the complete specifications of your project, from floor plans to door colours. We’ll also work with engineering consultants to prepare the entire approvals package needed by planning authorities.
06 Appoint base builder

We will work with you to appoint a base builder and other subcontractors for hoists, security, and other trades to develop a comprehensive project delivery timeline.
07 Commence construction

Our manufacturing team produces storage fit out materials according to the project delivery timeline to ensure on-site works are completed as efficiently as possible.
08 Handover

After construction is completed, we’ll walk you through the completed facility and give you the opportunity to sign off on the build before you’re ready to open your doors and start letting out your units.
