Project Description

This self storage project demonstrates our partitioning and mezzanine floor to full effect. Long-term partner Kilcor Investments commissioned us to develop this self storage facility for National Storage in Raceview, Queensland. It’s got an impressive 8,000m² gross floor area across a pair of two-story buildings with a total combined length of 200m and over 550 individual storage units.

The facility is comprised of structural steel, roofing, and classing complete with Storco-designed and made mezzanine and staircases. The unit partitioning includes our standard fit out with Aztec Yellow doors, customised to National Storage’s specifications.
